We weren't going to go trick or treating since Halloween was on Sunday and all. Our very good friends the Dolan's invited us to dinner instead. It was a great night! We got to get the kids all dressed up, which they loved, then they played games and just had fun together.
Charity made some amazing pumpkin pasta! OH MAN was it delicious!

After dinner we got together with Alan and his boys because although our intentions were good we did end up going Trick-or-Treating because Josh and Nathan hadn't been in 12 years and couldn't remember the experience...so we took them.
We had so much fun. They boys LOVED it! They couldn't believe you could walk up to a house say some crazy thing like Trick or Treat and get a bunch of candy...or...lollies as they call it.
Brian made friends with the scary thing that crawled out from under a neighbor's car! YEEEIKES!
Don't they look cute...no costume, just loving this crazy US holiday. It was a great couple of hours!
