Brian wanted to be outside so bad this last Saturday. Being back in the city has been fun for him, but it was also making him stir crazy! It was 75 degrees so he chose a good day for it! He found a really great park about 2 miles from our house. (Seriously Little Falls is a geographical oddity! Everything is 2 miles from your house! Target, Costco, the schools, the parks, the grocery store, the mall...everything!)
Here are a few pictures from our day at Rifle Camp Park. The park has a telescope on the hill where I took this picture of the NYC skyline. Twice a month you can go for free to check out the stars. IT ROCKS!!!
There are so many deer! It was unbelievable! We really had a great day. Poor Bella had it rough though! She sat in goose poop and refused to do anything for over an hour because of the teasing that ensued from her relentless siblings, had a branch break on her which caused her to scrape her arms bloody, then she was running to the playground and tripped ripping up her elbow, at that point she had had enough and we went home. It was a tough tough day for Bella.
Aren't they a bunch of crazy tree climbing monkeys? Bella mentioned to me that she wanted to try climbing the tree like
Mulan does the post. I told her to go for it. She made it up about 3 feet. That kid kills me! NOTHING STOPS HER!!!! She's just like her dad.

Hannah isn't much for trees, but she LOVES to run! She is really quite fast too!

The boys are very much into sports! Ethan and Brian love to throw the football around. E is getting quite an accurate arm. Brock is loving soccer. He plays almost everyday at recess. I love seeing the kids branch out and take
interest in their own things.
