Chilean Pine Nuts

Our Landlord Joel left for a few months to go hiking in South America...he brought us home these nuts...I think they are pine nuts from a monkey tree...I'll have to get back to you on all this for sure...but they are yummy! You boil them for about an hour then peel off the shell. These are a bit blacker than they should be...Brian burnt them. Hee hee he! But boy, they were yummy!
