SIGNED!!!

We signed the lease agreement for the new house today! We are so excited. The new landlord is so great to work with, we worked it out with him to move in on the weekend of the 15th so the kids can finish school! Things are working out so good. I do have to add a little plug in there for our Lawyer/Friend, he helped show the landlady that she messed up her lease and we have no legal ties to stay here. So here's to JUNE!
