We stopped in Cambridge to see the Harvard campus and the Charles River. WOW! What a beautiful place on the planet! Seriously, I loved walking around this part of the world. We didn't get to see anyone rowing...sad...but there were many boats on the river and many people enjoying themselves! It was a bit too warm that day, so we didn't stay as long as we could have. But we enjoyed it!
After our walk around Cambridge we went to Boston to check out the Freedom trail and all that that entails. We first started in Faneuil Hall where a street fair was being held.
Brock was chosen to help some of the performers do stunts. He was such a good sport. IT WAS HOT! But he was excited to help. They used him as a human jump rope then had him stand in the line while another guy lept over them. It was cute. The performers nicknamed him "White Chocolate" He was pretty proud of that name until we got to Maine...then it just made him mad so we are back to the orginal nicknames!
Years ago we saw a Silver Man in San Diego, this year we met the Gold Lady in Boston!
We started off to see what the Freedom Trail had to offer, but noticed we wouldn't have time for everything so we had to drive around to see it. We saw Trinity Church, Old North Church where Paul Revere hung the lanters to tell where the British were coming. BEAUTIFUL BUILDINGS!

We went to see Paul Revere's house, but there was some sort of Fisherman's Festival going on so we couldn't get down the right street. We missed that one! Sad huh? But the festival was cool.
