The boys were so great to help us out with cooking our second round of lobster. It was wonderful. As we were cooking dinner some HUGE thunder was sounding and some very bright lightning was striking. We got the kids fed and us through our first lobsters, but then the rain hit and we had to hit the tarp. The day before I had talked Brian into buying a tarp that was too big for our tent. He wasn't exactly thrilled but got it for me anyway. Well Tim gave us a giggle once we got the tarp up because it was so big. But once the rain started and we had enough room for the 10 of us to sit, finish our lobster, the kids to play and goof off, everyone was happy we bought the thing!

Earlier in the day we took the kids fishing for
mackerel.
Unfortunately we didn't catch anything, but there were some boys from NY catching sea stars and they graciously gave each of my kids one of their catch.

Just after breakfast we took the kids to a state park to walk through the salt marsh. It was extremely beautiful. Tim took Zoe, Bella and Hannah with him so Brian, So-Young and I took Ethan, Brock and Anna with us. We had a great time. Anna spotted a grasshopper under a bench. The kids wanted to see it better so So-Young picked it up and put it on her map. Brock wanted to hold it, as she was scooping it up to put it in his hand the things leg fell off! Brock was shaking and crying
MOOOOOM!!!! I was laughing and So-Young was
apologizing. The broken off leg landed in Brock's hand and he didn't know exactly what to do with it. Brian picked it up and showed the kids if you squeeze it the leg will kick. They LOVED that!
